Who is responsible

Auto Service Alimotorsforall is responsible for the personal information it collects. Elie, the owner, is the person in charge of the protection of personal information.

What I collect through the quote form

When you send a quote request, I collect only what you type in:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your vehicle (year, make, model)
• Where the vehicle is located
• Your description of the problem
• The service you selected

Why I collect it

I use this information only to respond to your quote request: to contact you, prepare a quote and, if you book, come to your vehicle and do the work. I do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Who processes it: Formspree

Quote form submissions are sent through Formspree (formspree.io), a form-processing service, to the endpoint https://formspree.io/f/xzezogvp, and then to my business email, info@alimobileauto.com. Formspree stores the submission on its servers, which may be located outside Quebec and outside Canada.

Phone calls and text messages

If you call or text 438-341-2619, I receive your phone number and whatever you tell me or send me (for example, photos of a warning light). I use it only to answer your request and provide the service.

Website statistics: Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site, with anonymous statistics such as pages viewed, language, the service page visited and which button was tapped (call, text, quote).

These statistics contain no personal identifiers: your name, phone number, email, vehicle and problem description are never sent to Google Analytics.

Analytics cookies are only set if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you click “Decline”, no analytics cookies are placed. Google may process this data outside Quebec and outside Canada.

Cookies and your choice

Your Accept or Decline choice is saved in your browser for 12 months so the banner doesn’t keep reappearing. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” button below.

I never sell your information

Your personal information is never sold, rented or traded. It is shared only with the services named above, and only to do what is described here, or when the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep quote requests, messages and service records only as long as needed to respond to you, provide the service and follow up on it, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. After that, the information is deleted.

Your rights under Quebec’s Law 25

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information I hold about you
• Have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete
• Withdraw your consent to its use, including for analytics cookies
• Ask that it be deleted when it is no longer needed
• File a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (CAI) if you are not satisfied with my answer

How to make a privacy request

Email info@alimobileauto.com with the subject “Privacy request” and tell me what you would like to access, correct or delete. I may ask you to confirm your identity. I answer within 30 days, as required by law.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
