Home, work, a parking lot or the roadside, when I’m available.
Test the battery & charging system
Battery condition and alternator output, so the real cause is clear.
Boost when appropriate
If the battery is only discharged, a boost gets you going.
Replace if needed
If a new battery is needed and one is available, I install it on site.
Or diagnose the real cause
If it’s the alternator, the starter or something else, I diagnose that instead and quote the repair.

Emergency roadside service — availability depends on time & location. I’m not a 24/7 service. Call 438-341-2619 and I’ll tell you honestly if and when I can be there. If you are on a highway or in an unsafe spot, call 911 or a towing service first.
When a shop is the better option
Highway shoulders and unsafe spots are a job for a tow truck or roadside assistance first. Once the car is somewhere safe, I can come.

You get the findings in plain words and a quote for parts and labour before any work.

Once you approve, I fix it on site. If a job truly needs a shop, I tell you.
