Wheel alignment needs an alignment rack, so that part is done at a shop. Tire repairs depend on where the tire is damaged.

No. I can mount tires on your rims with the tire machine in the van, and balance them.
When do I need winter tires in Quebec?

Can you fix a flat?
I can install your spare and inspect the tire. Whether a tire can be repaired depends on where and how it is damaged.
